We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge for the reserved treatment. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the treatment value.
