If You want to change or cancel a previously booked treatment, please do it 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, we apply the rule of charging 100% value of the treatment booked. In case of a no-show, 100% value of the treatment will be charged as well. In case of a no-show or cancellation we will charge your credit card which you have provided during the reservation process.
