Intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia treatment (IHHT) is a novel, safe and effective technique to boost energy and reduce susceptibility to illness.
The technique involves breathing through a mask for approximately 40 minutes whilst the amount of oxygen you breathe is increased
and decreased at regular intervals.
Please note that the HYPOXIA treatment requires the use of a personal mask. If you do not already own one, a mask must be purchased at your first appointment.
The cost is not included in the treatment price.
The mask costs €10 and can be reused for future treatments.
